If it can be smoked, grilled, or slow cooked to perfection, chances are I've had a crack at it. I'm always tinkering with new recipes, testing flavour combos, and finding fresh ways to make great BBQ even better.

When I'm not tending the BBQ, you'll find me watching footy, wetting a line, or talking BBQ with anyone willing to listen.

I believe good food brings people together, great BBQ creates memories, and there's no problem that can't be improved with smoked meat and a cold drink.
